Well, shipping is a multi faceted issue. One is, there has to be an agreement between parties as to accepting the goods, due to no commercial ties nor commercial packaging (which generally means disgusting commercial junk anyway.)

Then, there is the shipping, and this can be expensive because you need it to go fast. Over $100 for FedEx is commonplace, as I do send this stuff around to my family. It gets pricey. Overnight is best (timing baking to match FedEx cut off time) but two day would work for some things.

Next, there is the fact some things might not ship well, e.g., I do not have a blast chiller to fast freeze a cheesecake to make it shippable, but I am considering one for the future.

Finally, what to charge? These aren't the low caliber store bought things. High end has its price!

Oh... I forgot to mention... this is what olde lab rats do now there's no chemicals to mix... This is tastier.

It's pure torture looking at these and wishing they were within range of my fork. The images are so sharp and well done I'm having sugar withdrawal.
