Photoshop help needed

I'm hoping someone here will help me out....please and thank you.
The first photo is a photo of a photo.
What I need is the woman in the purple shirt in the second photo to be photo shopped into the first photo. Looks like she will fit in to the right of the first guy on the left side of photo. (she is two inches shorter than the other two women.)
Also I would like the white steps taken out of the woman's head on the right side of photo.
The top of the photo can be cropped down to the tops of their heads and the brown frame showing in the first photo can be edited out or cropped out.
I know I'm asking a lot, but I have absolutely no experience with photo shopping and I need all of these people together in one photo. I will deeply appreciate it.
