Not only should you not go to websites that sell photography gear, if you get the complete catalog from B&H, which I was lucky or unlucky enough to receive yesterday, hide it, that way if you are not connected to the Internet you will not be tempted.

I cannot ID you or this transaction but our general policy whenever a customer claims a package was not received is to open a lost package claim with UPS, send the customer an affidavit to be signed and returned and upon receipt of the affidavit to reship the package.
If "Michael O'" can provide the particulars I'd be happy to look into the situation.

if i lived near by i would make a wish list take my checkbook,stool, and thermos of ice tea. and have a ball.think of all the things you could try out in the store to make sure they fit and did what you wanted.
