I took my wife to the Garden Center and went looking for a hanging basket while she shopped for vegetable plants for our garden. We already had 3 hanging baskets on our front porch and there was still one empty hook. I spotted this hanging basket with brightly colored flowers flowing downward. I decided it was a good candidate to fill out the display.

Thank you. Glad you like them. My son-in-law is a carpenter and he did the work last summer. Prior to the current look, we had pillars with wrought iron rail. When we decided to "update," Joe said "vinyl is final." We agreed, especially after all the years of scraping, sanding and painting. Thanks for looking

You're right Gene, I did indeed miss the rest of the photos and they are all wonderful! I love your porch, sooooo nice and inviting. Thanks so much for sharing these with us and I'll keep my fingers crossed you can get some hummingbird shots to share with us :) I know they are super fast. We have a small pavillion in our yard where I hang plants, and they zip in and out of there. I haven't gotten any shots of them either :)

:) Glad you got to see them all, Debbie. For some reason, we don't have a large Hummingbird population in the neighborhood. There certainly are a lot of flowers. Maybe that's why -- they have a lot of choices. But, I'll keep trying. Thanks for checking back.
