Finding duplicate folders of images

There are dozens of free duplicate file finders. There are programs that find duplicate images that have been re-sized or renamed. My problem is finding duplicate folders, groups of images that I have copied as back up. Ideally, I would like the program to find the duplicates regardless of name.
The most important thing is to be able to handle duplicate images by folder, not individually.

I never rename images. I don't have a problem locating ANY image at ANY point in time.
