Absolutely Wonderful and Brilliantly done...great photos combined with great music. You are doing what I do alot. I also have tons of photos just sitting on a harddrive taking up space...so I feel your dilemma myself. I have found folks are more likely to watch a video than pour through a bunch of photographs. The music can set the mood...people will watch and listen with emotion. Many of mine have been of vacations trips. Most of them are a series of sequences as we traveled from one region to another. Occasionally I'll add Sound effects or narration. I haven't posted any yet on YouTube...except this one below.
I was contacted to make a tribute video for a young lady who lost her boyfriend to murder (so far unsolved). At first I was reluctant...didn't want to get involved. But then after some time, my conscience got the best of me. I felt that if I didn't help these kids...who would. All they wanted was a story of the young love for each that sadly and abruptly ended.
Hope you enjoy...it's kind of a sad story. The photos were supplied by the person (Nikki) who requested the video, so it is under her name. But I made it for her to post on YouTube.

Most of my photographs are taken while traveling on a motorcycle. "What i see" They depict places I go, things I see and people I meet. The camera is a reason to get my dead ass of the bike seat. Now that I have all those photographs how do I get others to look at them? It's dilemma that has been faced many times, how many can one frame and stick on the wall? In my case I make photo stories and put them on CD, giving them away to those whom I think might be interested. Some stories are a collection of what interested me at the time, others one needs to be able to read between the lines and some are driven by the music. Many times I hear a song and know what photos I need, whether or not I got them is in the eyes of the person viewing the video.

This story, Towards The Sun, I made for those reading Ugly Hedgehog in hopes the you might enjoy it and that I might also spark an interest in some of you to make stories of you own. If you do please post your link here, how else is anyone going to see what you have captured?

Thanks for watching and look for me on the road. http://youtu.be/poFAyiQWMmY

Superb, lovely photos, you captured the very essence of each place, close-ups and long distance alike, have you done any more? Would love to see them . Cheers from Jean

Thank You to all for your support. These are fun to make and more so to share.

I am using Photo Story 3 which is a free download from Microsoft. Anyone can do it, lets see what you come up with.

That was absolutely moving and emotional with the music...the images were beautiful. Thank you for supplying information to "try" to compile our own stories.

Hello Bruce,

One word describes it all: Brilliant! The idea, the execution, the display.

Most of all I see a beautiful thread of humanity in the children, the sunsets and the flowers.

Thank you,

Martin
