I have a Phoenix 500mm mirror lens that I used with my Minolta X-570 film camera. I would like to use it on my Nikon D5000. Can this be done? Where would I find a converter for the mount?

Look for a Nikon F "T" mount. The Minolta "T" mount will unscrew off the mirror lens & then just screw on the Nikon replacement...Lots of them on eBay...Don't expect it to be easy to focus or give good results though...
