I just stumbled upon this forum! Here's a picture I took last yr. Thought I'd share and see if anyone has any suggestions on what I could tweak. Thank you for looking!

While I like the action and the moment of the photo the only thing that annoys me is that the subject is perfectly centered. Consider the rule of thirds. I would have moved the subject slightly to the left providing more strike room for him on the right.

Thanks Larry. I took that photograph a year ago. I had just "graduated" from a kodak Easy Share to a canon rebel T2i. I didn't know anything about composition then. My main concern was teaching myself manual mode and all that goes with it. I'm learning to slow down and compose my shots. :D
