Is that 3rd bird photo called a Turn?

I think it might be a gull, Mare. It looks just like the laughing gulls we have around here.

The third bird is a laughing gull in breeding colors, colo43

i've only seen the white ones or grey so i was not sure what kind of bird it was.

I see these all the time in parking lots. They love to hang out at Walmart :-D

Thanks to everyone for looking and making a comment, to answer marilyn, is it a tern, yes it's a common tern, laughing gulls breed on the coast of north and south america,and the Caribbean, this species occurs as a rare vagrant to western europe.the laughting gull has dark wings and a slighty different beak.
