Greetings to all of you. Glad I found you! Was born and raised in West-Germany and came to the US in the late 60is. I am quite passionate about the visual arts - from painting to photography and never go anywhere without my camera and am always willing to explore and learn.

"Good Morning America" (Meadows of Arden, Berkeley County, WV)
Welcome and that first picture really fascinates me.
Welcome.....
Very impressive Photos.
The first photo is worthy of putting in a frame and hanging on your wall.
Well done!
Thank you! I still have the original in my house and have sold many prints of all my art work (Limited Editions, signed/numbered and matted).
Thank you - I appreciate this.
Welcom to the forum and I like all photos, but the first photo makes me want to figure out what you did to make it look like this. So, good job. Cheryl
I collected the leaves in my back yard (and the bark) and mounted it on a wooden board during fall season. To keep the colors vibrant I painted over each leaf with acrylic paint - matching the natural colors and keep them from just turning brown.

Welcome to the forum, Kaim.
Thank you David! I'm enjoying this ....
Very interesting photos! I am Estonian but have lived in Deutchland for about seven years during WWII. I sculpt and worked for an artist as an apprentice for many years . Music and the arts is what makes life worth living and photography helps to record that. Hope to see more of your work. Filen danke!
Thank you for your kind comment. Yes I love painting and photography - the latter to me is like a visual diary and keeps our focus steady and exploring... the last time I was in Germany, was in 2009 to hold a retrospective Art Exhibition in my town of birth (like "long lost daughter comes back to share her work of decades in the US"...) The opening was on the same day they celebrated the 20 year anniversary of the falling of the wall. The whole town participated in a big party...an experience of a life time!
