My daughter and I are trying to improve our photography skills. Here is a picture she took for a friend...I have no post processing skills, so I decided to ask for help. At a minimum, will someone please remove the "white dot" on the face of the boy on the left and the lady on the right. Feel free to make other changes as if it were your photo. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

What other white mark? I removed one from the boy's face and one on the woman's face.

See the arrow and circle I put there.... It is not part of a person or her foot

THAT is a tierra! not a white spot. I think the OP was referring to the spots on the faces. I left the tierra because it is part of the scene.

1.) Took out spot on boys face
2.) Took out tiara on floor
3.) Took out all weird spots on floor
4.) Straightened the floor (was .3 deg tilted)
5.) Cropped right side to make excess uniform with left side.
6.) Raised exposure on girl in back and faces of all dancers.

:)

My sincere thanks to all who took the time to respond to my request. Special thanks to RPavich...his attention to detail turned a mediocre picture into a decent photograph.
