Today this footless Grackle found his way to my patio and a while later another with what appears to be a diseased foot.
Then comes another Grackle with a couple of white feathers in his tail. (this one I've seen a few times already)
Poor birds, does anyone know what is causing this?

Can only offer guesses Lacey Girl, but it is sad to see. They seem to get on pretty good regardless.
Thanks for stopping to comment, appreciated. :-)

Joyfullee, nice pictures and story. Sad hearing about these injured birds, hope they survive long term.
