Hello UHH world! This is my first post/picture. I am an amateur and take pictures for fun. I just got my first DSLR, a Canon T3i (I know, no real photog uses the Rebel series. But I love it!).
What do you think of the pic?

Veins? Or tree?

if you could somehow get rid of the clouds, I'd say veins.

I agree, a little too blue. I wouldn't hang it either. Just thought it was a safe first post.
Thanks for looking and the feedback!

I like the bright sky color. Keep posting more photos always interesting what other photo nuts will say about them and everyone is wonderful with help.

Will do! Thanks for the encouragement! (And I barely tweaked the sky in editing. It was really practically that blue!)

no real photog uses the Rebel series

If you take photos
if you use a camera
if you read about photography
if you look at other people's photos
if you appreciate life
if you appreciate everything
You are a photographer.
even if you use a Canon Rebel

I concur. I have seen excellent photo's taken with all types of cameras. It's all in the composition not necessarily the camera. I remember taking a pretty good shot with a homemade camera using a jelly box with a hole and exposing the film through a pin hole.

I thought your picture was ok. Keep shooting and you will grow with your camera. Hoping to see more postings from you in the future.
