Webinars delivered by CITRIX for Mac

Am I the only one who can not get Webinars delivered by CITRIX to work on a Mac? I tried to view the Adorama webinar on building photo books and kept getting "there was an error loading our software". The same thing happens on X-rite webinars delivered by CITRIX. What is the problem? My wife uses our Mac, running Mountain Lion, with Citrix software to connect to her company's computer system with no problem. Why the problem with webinars? The X-rite/Ilford webinars thru a different system deliver with no issues.

That's interesting, I didn't even know of a Mac version for CITRIX use. We use CITRIX where I work but I've never tried using a CITRIX connection over my MacBook Pro, only on my office Win-based laptop.
