The avatar shot was taken in Maryland just a little while ago! When I look back it doesn't seem like 60 years ago!

I've managed to photograph a lone drake on Boulder Creek, who hangs out with a flock of mallards. But I have never seen a hen...

At least I'll know what to look for.
