What do you think? CC welcomed and wanted.
I have been waiting for these trees to turn for days now.
I don't understand, I have had 26 views and no cc. Is it just so bad that you can't find anything positive to say or is it so good that you are all speechless (very much kidding here). This is the second or third post I have asked for CC and got nothing. I understand that the forum is very busy, but when people are viewing it's not that busy. Just saying.

CC as requested...
You need to level up your vertical/horizontal lines. The stairs and door way are tilted.
Your crop is too close to the door frame on the right side of the picture. It feels to cramped.
I feel it also needs some adjustements to the contrast levels, it seems a little flat.
I like the idea behind the picture and with a little corrections it could be much more than it is.

Nice shot, but I do think the colors are a bit washed out, looking at the door of the church. Not sure if it's me, but it seems a bit tilted, could be the perspective. Anyway, just my two cents worht..nice shot otherwise.
Just a quick edit..hope you don't mind
a little over exposed... I personally would have take a couple of steps right and got lower to keep the branches out of the door. do you have any editing software.
The picture does seem a little washed out. The concept of the photo is good. It just needs a little tweeking and a slight rotation to get everything straight.

Ok here I have not cropped it so tight and I think I straighten it. I will try some more editing tonight when I get back home. Thanks for your time and suggestions.
I think I like the tighter crop and the door being closer. Maybe I will try to crop tighter but not as tight as before.
Recropped and straightened. Work better:

Personally I like your picture the way you presented it, but then I am not a professional, or any way near to being one.
(FYI: This the first time I saw your post)
I like the concept of your picture and it really pops when it was matted

i agree with the tighter crop but dont go in as tight. i dont like the tree covering the door tho. it is still a nice picture tho.
What are you trying to show? You said you've waited for the tree to turn, but it is soft, while the door is in focus. If you want both in focus, you need to use a higher f-stop number. Otherwise you probably should have focused on the tree. Not sure what you wanted, though.
Also, despite all the fancy auto features, photography is still all about the light, and your lighting is flat here. Try shooting this over with either evening or morning light, whichever shines over your shoulder and onto the scene.
