Hi! I am Karen from Connecticut, I followed a link from an email someone sent me with some beautiful photos in it. I am happy I found this site.
I have been taking photos for years and love it. I worked in a photo shop for 20+ yrs and had my own dark room for a while in my basement... then I got married and had a kid so serious photography was put on the back burner.
I have my point and shoot with me all the time. I take out the "big camera" when I am in the serious photo mood :)
I love macro shots of flowers etc. Playing around with Photoshop I still need to learn tons about it tho.
