Hello! My name is Jim and I am a photographer/3d artist living in michigan's beautiful upper peninsula. I also have a 3d training website (www.source3d.net). I also do training in photoshop, corel, modo, 3dsmax, inventor, autocad, illustrator, etc...to name a few. I work in a manufacturing company that is quite unique (www.stormykromer.com and www.jacquarts.com).
there, i am the staff photographer and graphics guy (2d and 3d). i also am an embroidery digitizer. I have also been a guitarist for 45 years (yes i am old...i am 59!!!!)..and i never go to bed before i learn something new.
i have been reading this forum for awhile and i am proud to become a member!!

hahahaha...i will have plenty of time to sleep when i am dead. i do keep way over busy, for sure.

been by newberry..that's about 235 miles east of me..i am right close to the northern most border of michigan and wisconsin!!

my wife and i are originally from ohio, but moved up here in 1989. last year we decided we are staying!!

i will be posting some photos real soon. i spend so much time with product and portrait sessions here at work, it's tuff sometime to go out and take some shots of the great scenery here.

i do have a couple of yorkie pups..i will make them my models and post some shots!!!

from what i've seen so far, you all are great photographers, and from what i've read..you love it!!
