Some years ago we went to Italy, we ended up staying at Hotel Etna, long story. This Pano was taken from a look-out point from the top of the hotel. I just got around to creating the pano.
Ended up cropping it as I don't have enough ram for the program to fill in the frame. darn....

Hi Cjartist, beautiful photo, did you like it there? My father was raised in Sicily, Messina area. I would love to vacation there, it's on my bucket list. :D :D

You would love it there, we were right near Messina, we went as far a San Calaltado as the xhusbands father was from there, sorry about the spelling. We spent a whole month in Italy and traveled from the North to the South and back to Milan. It is truly an experience.

Very good pano. Isn't it amazing that people choose to live in the shadow of active volcanos-but the soil is rich and threatening eruptions are uncommon. Sort of like living in active earthquake areas.

Just want to say thank you for your great complements. This is only the 2nd pano that I've done. I am using PSE 11 and it does a great job almost all by itself, amazing. It would have filled in the areas that were not sync'd but I don't have enough memory so I just cropped out the little bit that needed to be filled in. The 5 shots that I took was in anticipation of doing a pano with them, they were all hand held, zoomed all the way to 300.
