Bracketing is pretty simple. You take one exposure at the recommended setting and then one under exposed and one over exposed. You can also do more exposures one 1/2 stop under, one 1 stop under, 1 2 stops under and the same for over. Most DSLR's can be set to do this automatically. It simply gives you a chance to get the best exposure under tricky lighting condtions.

Thanks, this explains it. But it seems the name "bracketing" is not explanatory.

Interesting that you are asking for feelings. The water vendor doesn't do anything for me. Its a good picture, just doesn't hold my attention.

The Grandparents brought a tear to my eye. The love is sooo obvious. I think its perfect for a note card. (Of course I'm just an amateurand an old softy)

I like the old world feeling I get from the table picture. The effects are spot on for me. I could see this framed on a wall or on the face of a note card.

Thanks for all the good suggestions. I've tried a couple. I will try to do something with the Vietnam Vendor later.

I'm new here ... also just getting started with photography, but want to sell note cards, and mounted 8x10 photos at club store.
Do you think these pictures have enough appeal that people would buy them? Suggestions? I do have Elements 9 for editing.
