Topaz Photo AI has a 30-day free trial period.
See if it meets your specific needs. Topaz has not recently updated either DeNoise AI, nor Sharpen AI. It has however released weekly updates for Photo AI (which I own) but I agree, Sharpen AI (Motion blurness specially) meets my needs. It has alot of bells and whistles, but I don't need them.
Nice job. Well balanced for tonality and focus.

I have experience with On1. Once you are comfortable with global editing, you'll turn your attention to local editing, and here you'll see how important masking is to that process. In my opimion, On1 is unparalleled when it comes to masking.
On1 is a parametric editor that (to use your words) stand(s) alone.
When it comes to ethics, there is a BIG difference between Adobe and MidJourney(MJ).
Adobe, only uses images from its own database and has compensated every photographer for their work. MJ does not compensate anyone. It scans the net and takes whatever it's users require. Irrespective of copyrights infringement.
In other words, the phrase "with power comes great responsibility" does not apply to MJ.

As you, I too am a fan and user of Affinity Photo, and in my humble opinion AP 2 is well worth the upgrade.
How fid you shift the sensor whike not overexposing everything? You've peeked my interst. Do tell.
Affinity Photo 2 may be the editor that meets your image-editing needs plus it's cost-effective. Since you had Photoshop, the learning curve will be short.

In my opinion, NEO is a RAW editor, and its HDR extension is good.
AURORA (an HDR program) is no longer supported by skylum.
If you buy NEO be prepared to be showered with ton of skylum offers. Buy ONLY what you need.
Each software has its weaknesses and its strengths, for me on1 strengths is its masking. I too pre-ordered 2023. I stayed away from the subscription option.
While the warnjng is aboutair transport, you may wamt tl check with TSA. The term "Lithiuy-Ion batteries" is quite broad, but if you put your camera batteries on the check in luggage, it won't be a problem.
