I was wandering how one could possibly print a photo from an iPad if you do not have a Wi-Fi enabled printer? Any suggestions??

There is an app named "Printer Pro" which you install as an application on your desktop computer and an app which you download to your iPad. Your desktop computer advertises Printer Pro to the network and an iPad, iPhone, or Android device can print to the Desktop App which then prints to the printer. Seamless.

Anthropics PortraitPro does an excellent job. Inexpensive, fast, easy to use.

Naively capitalistic. Artists are less concerned with money than personal expression I could give a crap about shooting portraits or children's soccer games. But then I am financially independent and do not need to suckle on someone's teat.

I'm "financially independent" but I don't find the need to be sarcastic, demeaning, or snarky. Many people get to do what they love due to their ability to be what you refer to as "naively capitalistic." The post is an interesting one, but not a basis for preaching to others or just being foul.

Lamination materials are not archival.

Archival laminating films are available (search the net) - there is even a lengthy article on the NIST website discussing archival lamination, including a section on materials.

I'm looking around for a short tripod for a DSLR.

I have a "Neewer 20 inches/50 Centimeters Portable Compact Desktop Macro Mini Tripod with 360 Degree Ball Head,1/4 inches Quick Release Plate, Bag for DSLR Camera, Video Camcorder up to 11 pounds/5 kilograms" which can be found at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MSAEZN8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

The legs rotate to nearly horizontal to your camera placement can be from about one inch to 20 inches from the surface. I use it with a Canon 5D MarkIV with a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Lens which is a good sized lens and the tripods holds it without problem.

The OP got 18 emails from them, so it would seem you can get ahold of them. And I have it and have never had a problem. So, I recommend them.

I have also always received good support from Skylum, although there is occassionally a 1-2 day delay.

I would think that FPS is determined by the physical and electronic limitations of the camera body. It could be considered a selling point so if it were possible to go above 4.5 they would advertise it that way.

Same topic for the 4,998,760 time. Let people enjoy photography as a hobby or a profession. Whatever their choice, respect it. This debate has been going on at least once a week for years. Respectfully, can we give it a rest?

I find for the most part 4 is the better product. AI doesn't have "adjustable gradient". I also don't like how they have done the "looks". Wish I could get my money back.

AI does have "adjustable gradient" and getting a refund (any time within the first thirty days) is done at https://skylum.com/support.

The problem appears to be primarily with Windows.

I have not seen much issues with the Mac version

As reported in previous discussions, many of us are not having any problems with LuminarAI on Windows10. For my three local photography friends all of us installed and are running LumniarAI with nor problems.

From previous experience I have to agree with the OP that if you need support you're probably out of luck.

I've been running in several hours a day for the past four days and so far have had no problems at all.I doubt I've tried every control and setting, but nothing that I have tried has given any problems. The program takes a while to load but after loading performs very well.

You can do it in Shutterfly under advanced editing. Delete the photo boxes and add a text box to any page or all pages.

Hello all . Rather then try to do this myself is there anyone or service that you can recommend for this . Quality has to be high quality(we might make 16'x20" prints ). Price reasonable . Have aprox. 24x negatives to be done . Thanx .

I have had thousands of slides and film converted by DigMyPics. From their site "DigMyPics.com is the largest, most advanced web based photo scanning and video transfer service in America. In 2002, we created the business model that many try to imitate, even today. We were the first to introduce many features to our industry."

Try and provide some useful information to the OP's question. (By the way, operating system bigotry went out of style about fifteen years ago, and reflects more on you than adding anything substantive or useful to UHH.)

The OP was looking for help with software, not your snarky opinion. If you can't answer the question (which has been answered) then why make the world even more contentious than it already is.
