Back in August I went out at night and spent 3 hours shooting in Portland. In November I spent 4 hours shooting Tampa. I had no idea Tampa was such a great place to shoot.


I sometimes tend to do that also when traveling with my wife. I did it in Chicago along with other places.

My favorite is of lower Manhattan (The Financial District) from the Brooklyn Pier. I used a 18-135mm wide open at 18mm. Its a short walk from the Brooklyn Bridge. Here a few examples
