I still use a cross star and sometimes a polarized filter to get the sky blue. I don't use photoshop.
As many times that I have gone across that bridge I didn't know it looked like that.

Cotton farmers don't like them.

Better put your elbows back on, they are there for a reason, to keep sewer gases from coming into the house. Learned this from watching Mike Holmes.
If the barriers are on the left side they put the trucks on that side because the driver is up higher and the barriers won't be in their periphery vision, thereby the trucks won't drift into the other lanes. If they put cars over there they see the wall out the corner of their eyes and steer to the right.
Do you use a tripod? Try shooting 5 or 6 shots in a row rapid fire. The pups are probably moving. This way you get them with eyes open and ears not twitching. I got a Blue Heeler, her ears are always moving.
Nice that you made them in black and white. I've thought about doing the same at Andersonville, Ga. in a rain storm.
Good shots. I was wondering, if I try to take the same picture how would I keep the light house and house from leaning back, in first picture?

You might want to try Needles overlook and anticline overlook. About 32 miles south of Moab on route 191 south of La Sal Jct. First road to the west. The first part of road is ' crush and run ' ( paved stone ) the other 30 miles is loose gravel, very dusty, but drivable. At needles there will be a few photographers and at anticline you will probably be by yourself, but the views are breathtaking.
