There was a large camera store at 16? S. Wabash, Altman Camera where I bought my Hasselblad in 1965.
Saw one in NYC a month ago. Had the yellow New York paint scheme, rumored to still be in use.
Looks like it is parked next to a Rolls Royce. Great picture
Occasionally my Nikon 750 will stick. I shoot and the camera “sticks” pressing the shutter again everything is fine. Have other Hoggers had this happen?
How do you get the black background?
How do you get the black background?
Thanks. Your answer was most helpful. It may satisfy my GAS attack for a while, but then be relegated to the hardly ever used cabinet.
You are correct, the lens is 8-15. I have seen it called a “fisheye “ as well as “ultra wide”. The real question is, have you used one and what was your experience?
Has anyone had experience with this lens? The description makes it sound like a fun piece of equipment. All thoughts welcome.
Remember Altman’s bought my Hasselblad there in 1965. Still have it.
Great to deal with. Have bought a couple of Hasselblad lenses and accessories, always better than advertised.
I too am a proud member of the CCCCC. Graduate of FAOBC 9(er) 72. Spent January to March 1972 at Ft. Sill. Learned a lot about “cocking cannons “ and very changeable weather.
