Beautiful photos! I love waterfalls.
Do the black and whites need to be ones we've converted, or can they be ones we've taken with a black and filter
on our camera?

Please also let your wife know I will be praying all the same for her as well, also Abundant blessings in every way for both of you!
Remember, He is our Jehovah Jirah, our Provider! He will NEVER leave us or forsake us!

Beautiful! I LIKE those! I love photographing flowers, so will try this.
So would be a slow shutter speed correct?

Bunko,
I know what you mean! Even as a FEMALE, several months ago, I was getting LOTS of SPAM "solicitation" emails somehow making it into my inbox, from websites I never visit! And SOME of the emails very clearly and
blatantly were regarding 99% underage girls!
Creepy!
Then, I also had guys,( like you mentioned) the likes of which would not be interested in this senior body, except to scam. Same thing,
Check their Facebook page to or info on them, and very little to no info on their page!
These times especially, keep it up Bunko, take NO BS from anyone!
Just wanted to reiterate you are not alone with these emails, Facebook's...
Hope I get up visit your beautiful country someday!😊
Best wishes,
PhotoNat
Great photos! I especially love the lighting in the photos!
Beautiful new kitchen too! Congratulations on a job superbly done, on both accounts!
Thank you for sharing.
Hi. Just curious, when you do street photography, regarding your photos with one or two people, do you ask the people if they mind if you take their photo, or just snap, post and hope that if they see your photo, they don't mind?
My biggest concern with snapping Street Photography or landscape shots with people, is that if I post it somewhere, or enter it in a contest or show, people will see it and get upset I didn't ask them first.
Maybe part of that has to do with an experience a senior friend and her mom had with an in-home caregiving company. The caregiver took them to the beach,( a public place they could probably "get away with") took photos of my friends with their dogs, then posted one of the photos in a brochure without ever telling them why they were taking the photos, or bothering to ask their permission about posting them in the brochure. So am a little sensitive to invading anyone's space and privacy, and wondering how you handle this.
Thank you,
PhotoNat

Okay....Maybe I'm blind, or just missing it, but those look like some pretty nice shots to me! Beautiful! Although, in the last photo, I would like to have seen more of the scenery, and less of the helicopter. However, maybe more of a composition than cell phone issue on that one.
Keep up with the beautiful shots!
Thanks for sharing.

What and where is WPPI?
Natalie
Sorry, sent that before I meant to.
I was saying make SURE it is a USA manufactured lens,( if you live in the USA, I forgot to look at where you are from) NOT an INTERNATIONAL grey market lens(which COULD be WHY it is a lot less expensive). USA Companies will NOT WARRANTY or REPAIR an INTERNATIONAL GREY MARKET lens.
The Tamron I bought from B&H is a USA manufactured lens, and came with a SIX year warranty, which I feel is outstanding, especially in this day and age!
Hope that helps.

Hi.
For the past year I have been using this same Tamron lens that I bought last year new from B&H Photo. I have really enjoyed the lens, and feel it takes great photos. However, over the past few weeks I t has begun to give me an "error 1" message, "Lens cannot communicate with camera, clean lens contacts",( which I have done, and sometimes it helps, and sometimes not). I need to contact B&H Photo this morning to see what they have to say.
Do be VERY careful though to make VERY sure that the lens you are considering is a USA manufactured lens,( if you are in the USA
Hi.
I have an Epson Artisan 835( now discontinued) all-in-one that I love. However, since I am highly considering selling photo cards, and small prints in the future, I have recently been looking at wide format photo printers with the same questions in my mind as raised here.
I had somewhat committed to buying a Canon Pro 100 printer in excellent used condition from a gentleman on a local Craigslist today(Tuesday). I was going back and forth, wondering if I am making the right choice. I believe you just confirmed my decision!
Thank you.
