Early morning light at Capersen Beach, Venice FL
Two dogs - Beautiful country there. 40 yrs ago I flew from my home near Boston into Billings & drove to Montana Silversmiths in Columbus where I was doing consultant work.
Twodogs - Every picture tells a story or asks a question. For me it asks; A well lite, modern, clean station, so where’s all the customers? Nice job & the subject is very relevant for todays environment.
Par4dcr - No I haven't, I do a lot in b&w but I wanted the color of the water in this image. Thanks for the question.
osoblancophoto - Missed the nest. Thanks, I'll keep my eyes open next time.
B&W image taken under the Circus drawbridge on an early morning bike ride. Red reflectors added in PS.
The waves create an imaginary staircase to the unknown.
Alamomike - great place to visit. Lots of history, great places to eat and lots of picture taking.
Dennis - Thanks for the explanation, NOW I get it. (I'm just learning this stuff. Suggestions and tips like yours are a big help.)
Checking out the buildings & the people. There was a lot to see & experience with this being one of the oldest cities in Florida.
Another interesting building now used as an eating & drinking establishment.

An early morning run before the shoppers appear.
Cordova Street busy with shoppers & sightseers.
Dennis when I take candid pictures in a large crowd (there were 2000 people attending the event) I typically do not interview the person after I take the shot, I’m just trying to let the picture tell the story by the persons facial expression, stance, etc. then I move on to the next interesting looking person. Thanks for your comments, I’ll consider an interview with the right subject in the future.
Well maintained B&B in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district.
Thanks Willaim - It was a fun shoot.
