Terrific recognition, your pride is well deserved.
Great shots and series !!!
The comment was:
"Well sir, if we don't pay, and we're attacked by Russia - will you protect us?" Trump quoted the unnamed leader as saying.
"I said: 'You didn't pay? You're delinquent?' He said: 'Yes, let's say that happened.' No, I would not protect you. In fact, I would encourage them (Russia) to do wh**ever the hell they want. You gotta pay," Trump said.
All hypothetical. Sounds like something an entertainer might say.

Thanks, everyone, for your replies. It looks like I'll need to find a place south of Effingham to sit and enjoy the eclipse. Don't know how much shooting I'll do, as I don't have a filter and can't afford to purchase one.
Get some of the sheet film and make/cutout a filter. Without a filter you may damage the sensor shooting anything before and after totality.
Nice set! Africa has great bird varieties.
That is some great image stabilization. Nice montage you put together. Thanks for sharing.
Nice set! That Panasonic point and shoot does some great work.
From the time of "Framptons Camel" he had his trajectory laid out well. The excessive radio airplay after "Comes Alive" took away some of my enthusiasm for his work but those early days were special.
Wish him well.
Nice set! The lighting on the first Ibis is particularly good.
Couplers are either truck mounted couplers or body mounted couplers. The culprit is likely the tender if all the rolling stock couples consistently. Use plastic shims to lower the tender coupler to the proper height if the tender has a body mounted coupler. If they are truck mounted you may have a case where the wheels/axles were replaced with a larger diameter wheel raising the coupler height. You may want to buy an inexpensive coupler gauge that will tell you if ANY coupler is not at the proper height.
Standard advice is to change over all your stock to body mounted couplers all of the same make/manufacturer. Lot of work but the results are great.
The school zones here in Virginia are 25 MPH zones. So it is 11 MPH over the limit to trigger the tickets.

Not sure about next April. I would think the further South one goes the better chance for clear skies. That makes for a longer trip. The closest to me is Ohio area.
Nice shots! Glad you enjoyed the trip. I have hiked all over the place and not gotten a good shot of a Ptarm !
600 on the platforms would be really tight so the zoom worked best for you.
Never know when the salmon will show up and they were late this year. I tell people it is not 'If" it will rain or even "when" but "how many times today".
