Mom might learn to like you a bit better if you purchase some fish bait worms, and place several nearby to help her with "groceries" for the kids!
Very sharp! Particularly love the first one. Where were these taken?
Adorable babies! Just wondering...How far away did you have to be to avoid being chased by Goose Parents?
This is a different approach to a possible solution to your problem (and for me, too.). Someone mentioned on UHH a few weeks ago that he purchased a foldup baby stroller to carry his gear in. Think he said he found it at a thrift shop. I'm currently on the lookout for one, as I have chronic back problems, too. I think the larger wheels would make it handle more easily on sand/soil. Just a thought! Good luck!
God truly blessed me when He plopped me down in this awesome spot!

Nice shots! The elk have shed their antlers in March, so they are not quite as majestic right now. But, they are "re-growing" as fast as they can! Lol!
I live in Maggie Valley. Might want to check out the elk in Cataloochee Valley, early morning or late afternoon. Lots of wildflowers. Nice sunsets(if there are a few clouds) from Water Rock Knob on Blue Ridge Parkway. Soco Falls is easy to find on Hwy 19 going toward Cherokee. It is marked with small parking area. Trail down is steep. Be careful. Lots of wildflowers in GSMNP now. Wheels Thru Time Museum here. Have a great trip!
Nice shots! The last one is a Brownheaded Cowbird.
Merritt Island WLR is an island on the eastern central coast of Florida. Adjacent to Cape Canaveral. NASA is located there, and abuts the WLR with part of the refuge actually extending into NASA's property. Tremendous photo opportunities there for many types of water birds.
I live elephants, and your portraits are excellent!
Very nice! I like the foggy mood. A local told me the berries are called Brazilian Pepper Tree. Thanks for sharing your experience in this very special place with us!
Love them all, but the chick hitching a ride on adult's back is adorable!!! Very sharp images with excellent lighting. Thanks for sharing with us!!
