"Pondscape", to coin a word. Nice image.

I have found albums and loose-leaf pages for 13x19 on Amazon and am pleased with what I found.

I agree. Let’s be realistic when it comes to rating these cameras. My car speedometer goes to 125 mph but the car runs much better and smoother at 70mph. So what good is a 125 mph maximum rating? No one would find that speed usable in an ordinary car. IMHO

In Germany, there's no speed limit on most of the Autobahn; thus, 125 MPH would be perfectly usable there.

What's wrong with the tales of us old husbands?

Old husbands don't tell tales.

Another simple fix.
The PDF version is machine searchable :-)

.

Searching a PDF may help when you know a) what you are looking for and b) the manufacturer's term for it. For me, unfortunately, at least one of a) and b) applies.

You might want to look at my earlier post (on page 9) where I discuss that very issue.

This may not be true in cultures that write from right to left, such as Hebrew and Arabic.

The photograph is very nice; you brought out that level of detail that B/W -- when well done -- can bring to the table.

Did any of these work for you, Peter?

#1 and #3 are great. To me, it's not relevant that the horses in #3 were added later. On a tangent, an image of yours that I like a lot is the branch on a very dark background; the branch looks as if it's floating on liquid with a lot of surface tension.

I beg to disagree. Having clouds in the image would draw attention away from the mountain -- the main subject. I do, however, think that a bit of the sky could be cropped out.

I lived in Boulder through the 60's and never heard of Paint Mines Park. Too bad. Looks like a real eye opener. Shellback's information was very interesting.

Up to 1992, the park was private property. Some time between 1992 and 2018, it became a park.

I recently moved to Colorado and had never heard of this Park before. I've marked it on my road and recreation atlas as a place to visit, joining a rapidly growing list of places for photo ops here. I think the photos on the website are also really good. Thanks for posting this.

Glad you like the pictures. No, the park is practically unknown among photographers; on week ends, it can be quite crowded.
