Elements will handle 16 Bit Color depth in RAW. I see no reason to try the free sample. Would enjoy 16 bit color depth in Elements . :mrgreen:

This is correct. You may try using the Spot Healing tool. Besure that Content-Aware is checked in the tool option bar.(version 9 & 10) . Review Lesson 9 in Adobe PSE 10 "Classroom IN A Book" :roll:

According to Mark Galer in his book on PSE10 page 208 says HDR or Tonal mapping is accoplished using Camera raw. :)
