Absolutely perfect in 3D!
I think it's a British production with a superb cast and it is a black, black comedy with a surreal vision of what it would have been like to live under Stalin, and shortly after his death, from the perspective of those Politburo members who wanted to take over. The infighting is hysterical. Really funny in many places. It's available from Netflix for sure.
Have you seen her in "Mrs. Brown" about Queen Victoria and her Scottish servant? Pefection.

I loved Picasa -- but, now it is gone. I have struggled with the Google alternate and it is a P.I.T.A.
Any good choices out there? I love having access on my phone to Google Photos, but am still looking.
I still use Picasa. Still works just fine and for most purposes is all I need.
I tried one of those "store closing" ads. Paid $89.99 for a high end Sony Mirrorless. I was 99% sure it was a scam but thought--just in case-- I'd try it. Tracking said it was delivered to the "front desk in the lobby". Of course, my address is a private home, not a condo. Naturally, never got it, so was able to get my money back through PayPal. All those ads are truly SCAMS. Can't understand why Facebook allows them to continue.
I found a pristine GoVideo machine at a local thrift store for $10.00. It does a great job of transferring VHS to DVD.
I understand that 26MP+is great, but these photos just prove that 6.1 MP can still do just fine.
I remember seeing her a few times on early TV. Even in her old age she was still quite a character. Really delightful. I think the appropriate word would be a "humdinger".
In 1957 I and two others climbed to the top of the Grand. Great experience--wish I could do it now!
Just picked up a like new GoVideo unit that works both ways. VHS to DVD or vice versa (although can't imagine wanting to do that!) The DVD copy works very well on an HDTV. I'm converting a bunch of 30-40 year old tapes that haven't been played in probably at least 20-30 years and they still work perfectly.
My first was a Kodak Pony 828 (remember that size film?), then a Petri 35mm and finally an AE1 Program. Now with a Sony NEX5T. And lots of others in between.
I think I'm going to stick with the 4490. Everything I hear about it is very positive. Thanks for all the comments.
Thanks! Really appreciate the feedback.
