Good condition. About 15 years old. The current Manfrotto equivalent to this tripod is $600 new.
Includes one Manfrotto quick release plate. Additionally I am including a Sunwayfoto MAC-14 60mm Clamp which can be changed out with the original Manfrotto clamp. It will allow use of Manfrotto plate or Arca Swiss plate
I am asking $225 for everything. If you want the tripod only it will be $175. Following is a partial list of features.

Carbon Fiber three-faced tubes for the tripod legs
Aluminum and nylon polymer center column
Magnesium die casting for all tripod parts and stainless steel nuts and bolts
Push buttons to operate leg angles to offer four degrees of inclination
Center column with vertical/horizontal positioning
Built-in low angle adapter

Whatever works for you is best. There are a lot of posted ideas here. I personally use an Optech cross body strap for comfort when carrying larger camera lens combinations. I’ll use the stock strap from the mfg if the setup is light ish

BTW Optech and Neotech are I believe the same entity. Neotech makes guitar straps and they are awesome

The only downside of doing lens correction in camera is that it can substantially cut down the burst speed (as the CPU processes the image). The effect was quite noticable in my 5D4, so now I do it as part of the conversion in post.

Same here with my 5D4

I’ve offered mine. At $200 plus shipping. It’s as low as I can go. It ticks off every box on your wishes except 4 sections instead of 3. It is plenty sturdy enough for your rig mentioned. For me it holds a canon 5D4 and canon 100-400 L lens plus 1.4 x converter. Sometimes with a Wembley gimbal mount. Others have offered their gear or suggestions. As someone said above, you’re going to be hard pressed to satisfy you're requirements for under $200

I continue to look for a CF tripod, w/fliplocks, 3 leg segments,60" height ( w/ or w/o center column) , stiff enough for D810+ 400mm lens, under $200.

No not really. Like I said this one is older I think maybe 2009 and has a little cosmetic wear. I think they normally sell for $200 to $300 depending on whether it has a ball head or not. It’s hard to find this model because most folks dont sell them. If you are not familiar with this model it has some nice features. The center column can be taken out and put in in a different way for a horizontal arm configuration. Also the leg angles adjust so you can get the head very close to the ground. The rubber tips on the legs can be screwed in to reveal spikes if you need them. Anyway if you want it let me know. I could sell it for $200 plus shipping

If it was originally $600, it will now sell for much more than I want to spend, under $200.

I have a Manfrotto 055MF4 Magfiber tripod that I might consider selling. It’s in excellent working condition. But it is a 4 section model. Also cosmetically it has wear because it has been used while backpacking but this does not effect anything functionally. It is constructed of carbon fiber and magnesium with flip locks.Originally is was $600 without a ball head
