Yesterday in the woods most of what I saw were Does (White Tail Deer) and Fawns. Bullock County, Alabama. Fawn got sleepy sitting in the grass.
If there was a big bang, what was it that exploded, where did it come from and what was the source of the energy that caused it to explode? You are back to God.
It seems there is always a GBH somewhere on the beach at Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Beach in Alabama. They are accustomed to people so aren't scared away.
Some 15 years ago we made a tour of the Holy Land. At that point I only had a point/shoot camera. I was so disappointed with the pictures that I determined to get a "real" camera after that. Got a Canon 60D, upgraded to a 1DX, then a 5DSR. I've also learned a lot about photography from UHH and lots of practice. At 79 I'm not planning to move to mirrorless unless the weight of the DSLR gets to be too much. Which is to say that sometimes a negative experience leads to greater and better things.
I still use it on Windows 10 Home 64 bit. I, too, have the installation files saved. It is especially useful when I take a burst of pics and compare them side-by-side to see which is best. I then open the best in Affinity.
I didn't find anything after 2015 on photo calendars. I have been using Snapfish lately. I produce about 100 copies of a wall calendar as gifts to family & friends each year, usually in 8 x 11 inch format. What company do you recommend considering price & quality.

I was just there today. I didn't find this thread until getting back on the cruise ship.
Unfortunately, the room is not well lit and there is a brighter lit area in the center of the painting. That causes the area away from the center (Jesus) to show up darker. I tried a bunch of combinations of ISO and F-values but I can't tell much difference in the pictures. It will need some processing to make it look reasonable.

Yes. I use one for photography and gardening -- love it. I have this style of collapsible stool/kneeler:
https://www.lowes.com/pd/Yardsmith-11-02-in-Plastic-Elephant-Garden-Stool/1000383849Unfortunately I can't tell you where you could get a serviceable one now. Mine was purchased very many years ago at Goodwill and was already quite old and used then. As such I suspect it will outlast by many decades anything you can buy now for example like the version linked above at Lowes. They don't make 'em like they used to. Maybe there's some garden specialty store that sells a well made one.
Yes. I use one for photography and gardening -- lo... (

We have one just like that. My wife uses it for gardening and I use it for both gardening and photography. It is great.
Thank you, thank you. I was having this problem the last week or so and when the question was posted I was following waiting for a good answer. Sure enough, when I checked, the white line was showing. Problem solved thanks to UHH.
If you finally decide to rename files then a batch renamer program can help. I use Advanced Renamer. It's free.

I would really like to see those three next winter when the fuzz is gone from the antlers. The larger one on the left of the picture is somewhat alerted, but not on the run yet. Great find and shot.
There is a distinct difference in the appearance of pictures between my laptop and my wife's. Reds appear much more saturated on mine and quite unsaturated on hers. What is the best way to calibrate the monitors so that pictures appear the same on both and the same when posted online? Thanks in advance for the infinite wisdom of this group and your helpfulness.
