Thurs night was American Graffiti.

Had to make out in the back seat with my sweetie.

Eeeewww!

Missed the best part of the movie.

Willard, is the drive in at Carthage MO still operating? We still have one operating in Moberly MO. I know there aren’t many left.

Light and time-of-day certainly did make a difference there. Still, you did a great job of capturing the light and scene beautifully.

Thnx, Lee

P. 24 Fantastic pictures!! I only wish my Grand Canyon pictures came out as nicely as your first picture!

Thanks for the words.

I have found the canyon hard to photo-ize unless I pick out the shot I want and then come back to it at the right time for the best light. sometimes it takes more than 1 day to get what I want from a particular location.

I guess most of us suffer that affliction at some time or another.

how many times have we wished to be "right here" tomorrow when the weather will be better?

I travel the backroads in Missouri and am always seeing barns or building that are close to the end of their life. Let's see what you have in your area. I started this because I didn't see that one had been started. When the one that should have been here, I'm happy to step aside. January 29 - Feb 03 2024

Some of many.............. #5, Well... it IS an old barn.

I noticed when looking through my photos that there are very few compositions looking downward, so I thought this would be a good challenge topic, a step outside of the "box" so to speak
So let's see what you have got looking down on your subject.

Doesn't have to be looking straight down, as long as it is a downward angle.

Just to lighten things up a bit.............
