Massachusetts is one of only a handful of locations or states that are actually doing the contact tracing in the United States right now. They're at the peak in reported cases right now, and starting to see a flattening of the curve. But they can't let up on social distancing until the curve really flattens a whole lot more, and testing gets to every resident or employee in the state.
