Thank you,
I couldn't make out the logo on the grill.
Thought it might be a Packard or Pontiac.
Paul does great pictures!

Old Car City in White, Georgia is a junk yard featuring 30+ acres, 6+ miles of trails, and 4000ish vehicles from the 1970s going back to the 1920s.

Old Car City is definitely a place of memories where you might find a car a younger you, your dad, or your grandmother once drove.

Many of the cars are mossy or half-buried in pine needles and leaf litter. Some have been lifted into the air by the trees that grew beneath them. Others have roots and branches erupting out of engine compartments, trunks, and radiator grills.

Introduced in 2000 as Canon's top-line professional 35mm film camera, the EOS 1v was Canon's final 1-series film camera and was then the most advanced EOS camera created. The camera features a 45-point auto-focus array, including 7 cross-point sensors around the center of the frame. The camera records 20 attributes of metadata for each frame, including focal length, shutterspeed, and shooting mode among the many attributes. Using a third-party tool, this EXIF data can be extracted from the EOS body and applied to the scanned JPEGs from the processed negatives.

Owner Dean Lewis clears the paths, but otherwise leaves the cars to the mercy of time and nature.

I have an Epson eco tank printer.
The black ink ran dry, I refilled the tank.
now it prints with white lines thru the image about every 1/2 inch.
So I ran all the maintenance programs , same thing.
I printed a blue spot, red spot, yellow spot
They all printed normally
I printed a black spot and I have lines in it. thus black problems.
I first tried putting paper towels down with cleaner under the head and let it soak onto the print area.
Didnt work.
so Itook it apart, pulled out the plastic contacts and using a syringe
I pushed cleaning fluid thru the little ports of the print head .
Cleaned it up, ran the maintance programs again.
Then printed black and the lines are still there.
Note I didnt have this problem before the tank ran dry.

I really would like t o have a 24inch wide printer
but im really not quite ready to buy one. sooo

Any ideas on what to do next to get this to work???

Did you use the Power Cleaning?
Mine was skip printing on the first line of 5 lines. Regular cleaning did not help. Power Cleaning fixed my problem.

The previous day there was an amazing colorful sunrise, and I didn't go anywhere to photograph it. :-(
So the next day I decided to drive to a remote section of Florida beach to avoid people and to try for a sunrise photo. I hit the road at 3:30 a.m. for the hour drive to my selected location. After parking at a location where I would not have my car towed or ticketed and started my 2.5 mile walk to the beach. The clouds were dark and thick and I had a sinking feeling I would not have a gorgeous sunrise with colorful clouds. When I arrived at my location there was no hint of a rising sun and the surf was crashing against the rocky shore line. As if on cue, the moon found a break in the thick clouds and lit the rocks just off shore. I managed 3 quick shots before the clouds once again blocked the moon light. The first shot was too dark, the second was interrupted by a wave spraying me, my tripod and camera (my camera was wearing its raincoat--I was not) and the third----well, you decide how well Luna touched the scene.

PLEASE USE THE DOWNLOAD AND VIEW ON A DARK BACKGROUND.

Thanks for looking.

Here's some more old Hudsons.

In 2010 I visited this museum. Hostetler The owner was there that day. He talked about how he made his money by inventing a chicken bubbler (waterer) while selling feed. It kept the chickens from drowning in the water. He was a very interesting gentleman and was glad he could share his passion for Hudsons with all. Sorry to hear the museum was closed and the cars sold off. There was a "Hulk" used at a mine on a mountain that was used as a "bucket" to move the ore down for shipping.

If the card will stay in the camera, use the transfer cable to retrieve the photo's.
Format the card and send to SONY for replacement.
