Thanks for the challenge, photophile! Here are a couple of my old favorites...
Just ignore it. Since it's the media, it's just fake noise... :-)
According to Statista.com, Canon did in fact have the most patents issued in 2018 -- 3,056 of them. However, Samsung came in with 5,850 the same year. Going by this sketchy patent logic, I guess I should throw away my D750 and start using my Samsung cellphone exclusively for photography.

Very nice shot of the moon! I'll add my +1 to the list of compliments to Linda as well. Always gracious AND helpful!
Beautiful shot! One of my favorite local spots...
I have two identical Seagate 4TB drives (my D: and E; drives) that I've used for years. Expendable data files usually just go to D:, but I save important files/photos to both. I can't imagine they would both die at exactly the same time... :-D
Nice shot! There is one hovering outside my window about 5 feet away playing peek-a-boo at our feeder as I read this...
Welcome to the forum, Kevin! Looking forward to some nice Everglades shots from you...
Hello, Jerry!
There is a filter in Affinity Photo called "Rectangular to Polar" that seems to do what you describe. In order to get a disk, you need to first crop the rectangular photo to a square. As you might expect, it introduces a lot of distortion. Not sure if that's what you had in mind -- hope it helps...
Very nice! Welcome to the forum.
Great shot, Ed. Always look forward to your posts!
