As I am now in my 70’s, my eyesight is weakening. I have been a photographer now for 50+ years and still love the craft.
My question is this; would anyone in hedgehog world have advice as to how to deal with this type handicap, ie: camera links to bigger viewfinders like ipads, etc.
Any suggestions are much welcomed.

No info on the shutter count. Leica did not respond to my inquiry and there is nothing I could find on the net. Procedure for the V-Lux 3 does not work. Physical size of the sensor is 1 & 1/8 inches. It may be technically a 2/3rds but no definitive answer. Thanks for the questions.

The pixel count is 10.1 megapixels. I have been researching how to access shutter actuation count, including contacting Leica USA in New Jersey and have come up dry. Thanks for your interest.

Specifications are not revealing in this respect. The most I could find out is that the camera is not APS-C. It may be 2/3's. I have a link here for CNET specs for the V-Lux1 which only lists the physical size pf the sensor. Hope this helps. I will continue to look and post right away if I find definitive information.

It is a fixed lens equivalent to 35mm to 240mm. Although it is a collaboration between Panasonic and Leica, the color algorithms are Leica and produce a better (Leica) look in the final image. Hope this helps.

The sensor size is 1 & 1/8th inch. I am endeavoring to find out how to access shutter count on this camera. I'll post it ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

I have for sale a Leica V-Lux 1 point and shoot camera in very good condition including original packaging and accessories i.e., straps, tulip shade, lens cap battery and charger. There are also original cables to connect to TV/video monitor, etc. I am selling it to raise funds for a Zeiss lens for my Sony a77.

This lens does not have vibration reduction and is a Japanese manufacture. I can send pics but will need a day as I have requests I am covering for two of the other pieces I have listed. Thanks for your patience…I'll get them to you ASAP.

The camera is a model 45CX. I have several lenses for it but the one I purchased with the camera is a Rodenstock Gerona 210mm f6.8 in a Copal no.1. I'll have to check the others to see what they are and get back to you on that. However, at this point, as close as I can gather from pricing on the internet sales sites for used equipment, I would like to have $250 for the camera and lens combination I mentioned.
