Just straighten up the entire picture. Easy!
Thanks for the update! Glad to see I was quoted correctly!

Thanks, Mark. Had the great pleasure of recording him on several occasions with Oscar. Amazing talent and all-around great personality.

ERV: LOOKS LIKE CLIFTON MILL IN CLIFTON, OHIO. YES? LOTS OF PHOTO OPS THERE!

Mark: Glad for your posts of the legendary jazz musicians. During my recording career, I recorded Dizzy, Wynton and Clark Terry. Gerry Mulligan told me a great Chet Baker story. He introduced Chet to the son of Mussolini who was a good jazz piano player. Chet's response was "drag about your old man." Guess that pretty summed up Chet!
Happy Holidays, Jack
Sorry, no lenses for sale. Camera has SOLD.
Will get those off to you tomorrow.
This is the famous Nickel-Plate 765 locomotive which normally lives in a railroad museum outside of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Comes to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park every other year. Is in a class referred to as "Berkshire" locomotives which were tested in the Berkshire mountains of western Massachusetts and were designed to pull heavy loads through mountainous routes. Quite a beast!
Regis: While I constantly marvel at your "out of this world" hand held technique, I am also mightily impressed that your Osprey are able to get airborne with a salmon that size. I live right on the water in Rhode Island where we have two Osprey families whom we watch fishing on a regular basis and we have seen them struggling to get airborne with much smaller fish. Maybe Idaho Osprey are on steroids!
I like the second crop, but am less concerned about the crop than I am that the image is not really sharp. If this contest has anything to do with a photography group, you might want to consider that.
Doesn't VueScan fit your needs? Either that or Silverfast should do the job.

Perhaps many of you are already aware, but if not, here is a link to the New England Wireless and Steam Museum located in Rhode Island. Fascinating place! And, a great place for photo opps.

And great thinking to set your shutter speed just right in order to capture some blurred movement in the propellers! Not many photographers think of that. Well done! Was one of my favorite aircraft during WWII!
