Very nice... Fuji is seductive but I cannot afford to jump again. Brings back memories of my uncle who lived in Bellville and had a hunting cabin somewhere over there where we had family get togethers and the big guys went duck hunting... Glad I had a chance to grow up in Midwest back in the day.

I am interested in knowing the choices the photographer made. What's the harm?

It is a SAD state of affairs when there is SO much debate about posting info on a shot... If you care read it, if not, don't. I LIKE it and get tips on a variety of things from the info. A lot more important things to debate than topics like this.

I will never understand why a bunch of men, and a few women, believe they have the right to determine and limit a woman’s right to make her own health choices? I also find it harder to fathom why some women choose to relinquish their own rights.

On a related tangent and what I believe is the v**e pandering position of certain politicians and is partially driving this, we have an amendment in our constitution that states that church and state shall remain separate. We are in serious jeopardy of losing that important component of our right to enjoy wh**ever religion, or no religion we so choose. I believe that, and will fight for, everyone’s right to enjoy freely and in peace, the religion of their choice, however forcing any religion on anyone is completely and totally illegal and should not be tolerated.

From one Bob to another, The issue is up to INDIVIDUAL STATES ! WHAT don't you get ? No one is forcing ANY religion on anyone. A Woman does NOT have a fundamental right to k**l an unborn child.

So in your infinite wisdom, you're going to create "fly-over" zones void of women!

Have you looked at the map showing all of the states where the GOP have already severely limited or outright banned a******ns?

https://states.guttmacher.org/policies/

Most of the deep south bible belt states. Talk about shoving the religious beliefs of a minority of the population down the throats of the majority.

It would serve every elect GOP member in those states to be v**ed out of office because of the wrath of the female v**ers in those a******n restrictions or totally banned a******n states.

A woman scorned isn't something that those GOP elected officials really want to encounter in the b****t box in their next e******n!

It's not going to end well for those GOP elected officials!

WHAT basement do you live in Shutter ?... Open then shutters up. IT IS A STATE ISSUE.... WHAT minority are you talking about ? The one MSNBC tells you ? OR maybe you are a Whoopee guy ! Wake up and smell the roses...

Anyone remember the holodeck from Star Trek? Someone will always be trying to create another reality...

As for killing off "single purpose cameras," that happened a long time ago. These days, the device we carry in our pocket is likely a "smartphone," which is like a supercomputer connected to every other computer on the planet via cellular and WiFi Internet services. Its camera is capable of stills, video, FAX, barcode reading, and more. Add a few million potential applications via software, and you have a revolutionary tool.

Many of us still have dedicated photography tools, but even they are likely to be combination stills/video recording devices.

I have mentioned this MANY time before and I will say it again... The Label needs to be changed from " Smartphone or Cell phone " to something More INCLUSIVE with all the potential capabilities these devices offer... For Apple, I like
" My i ".

That's a beauty! I have that Tokina and I love it! Unless you wanted to turn the water to milk, I don't think you could have gotten a better shot. Well, yeah, maybe a little more DOF, but it's great as is IMHO!

Yeah Chief, I like the Tokina a LOT... It takes care of the wide end on the 60D. Thanks for looking.

Not all people can tolerate sugar either... So they ABSTAIN ! Gee, What a novel thought. 87 % of ALL unmarried females in the black communities become pregnant, unmarried mothers, and wards of the state and the cycle begins again. Just INCONVENIENT facts. The ANSWER to the issues is " Common Sense "... NOT allegiance to blue or red !

I think Ansel and others would embrace WHATEVER was available in their era. EVERYTHING is evolving and ALL we have is change... You can still play in your basement with chemicals, trays and enlargers if you want to... If you wish to hand crank your car instead of starter/battery assist I am sure you can have mods done... Maybe the golden age of pure, classic photography has passed but we are still free to personally pursue all the nostalgia we want. ALL of this change is from the " Mind of man ", NOT alien intervention. AI did not materialize all by itself embedded in silicon.
