A really great example for those of us who haven’t ventured into focus stacking yet. Thanks for posting!

Was hoping that by including the open space in front of the heron I could induce more of a sense of movement. Single photos like this cannot capture the beauty of his flight across the water.

I caught this one gliding across this small winter pond. My first post, so I would welcome comments and critiques. Mostly cropped and dehazed the original.

A marvelous capture! As an Affinity Photo user, I hope to get to the level of this photo.

This set reminds me why I love to travel and bring back photos for the memories. The photos really portray what most of us would expect to see if we went there. Very nice.

A great shot. And all of us know how a little luck can bring a rewarding result.

A question about Affinity...has anyone in the group seriously looked at it, used it, hated it, loved it? The promos seem to show a lot of capabilities, with the warning that it is complex (sound like Creative Cloud?)

I stumbled across Mike Browne a while back and have to say that his site is really something special. A really low-key style coupled with practical, usable advice makes his work usable for everyone - especially those like me who consider themselves beginners. I have subscribed to his site and get his newest post regularly. Yes, he does have training for sale, but there is no pressure or click bait embedded.

Very surreal. Reminds me of the old tv show Twilight Zone. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I definitely agree that FastStone works well. For quick, nontechnical edits it is a very good product. When I need something done quickly for a website or an e-newsletter I rely on it.
