I recently purchased the Z8 after using a D7200 for years. One of the first things I did was set up the Z8 for BBF. I too have had issues with accidentally moving the focus point by touching the toggle and I miss the lock lever also. I haven’t found a way to lock the focus point but you may want to think about changing the function of the toggle switch itself or disabling it if possible. It doesn’t happen to me very frequently so I just live with it and curse under my breath when it happens rather than seeking a solution. Hope this helps.
