The Myrtle Warbler and Audubon's Warbler were lumped together into Yellow-rumped Warbler a number of years back. A common moniker for them is "Butter Butt".
It's a Yellow-rumped Warbler.

Thanks for posting those songs. I watched all three and then some more of the others. It's uplifting music in these troubled times.
