Beautiful to look at, one of my favorite years regarding simplicity of design. That said, and having owned one in my 20's, they were no pleasure to drive - road like a buckboard and you had this large steering wheel up close and in your lap! Nice photography on your part, Kim!

I experienced the same problem with my Dad's 1931 Ford Model-A roadster. Then again if I lost 80 pounds I would not have had a problem. Being medically obese posed a problem.

You saw one of these - 1958 Edsel 2dr Station Wagon! A beautiful restoration of a seldom seen vehicle entered in our annual Caladium Festival Car Show held here in Lake Placid, FL this past Saturday. This is just a teaser, more photos to come in following posts. Despite the high cost of gasoline and temps in the mid to upper '90's, a possibly record number of vehicles of all types, almost 300, were in attendance!

Yes, great capture. I have never seen an Edsel wagon.

We took a short vacation last week and toured parts of West VA and Virginia. Blackwater Falls is a beautiful area in a WV State Park.

My wife and I took a drive around Morgan, Utah while our kids were playing with some friends up there. While looking for beautiful views, we came across the tiny Porterville Cemetery up a pitted dirt road on a little hillock with terrific views of the surrounding countryside.

Many of the graves in the cemetery are the resting places of pioneers who settled Utah, which we commemorate on July 24th.

Here are a few takes on the area.

The 2nd image (graveyard) might look good in B&W as well.

All photos were taken in Parc des Rapids, in Lasalle, Quebec. Canada.
Thanks for viewing.

Set up a table outside of your home with a sign, "Free Stuff" and place the equipment you want to get rid of on it.
You'd be surprised how quick neighbors will snatch up anything for free.

I can attest to this.

Thank you FiddleMaker,
It's fun and interesting delving into what certain software is capable of. I'm learning as I go. I'm afraid this one wasn't quite as successful (at the end), as I had hoped, but it serves as a learning process. Gotta keep this old brain active or it gets rusty:o)
God Bless,
Papa Joe

Papa Joe, I am closing in on 80 and I clearly notice the ole brain is not what it was 50 years ago. I have a current subscription to Lightroom Classic and Photoshop is included but I have all I can do to work with Lr. Ps is a tad "over the top" for me. I wish I was exposed to Photoshop years ago.

Very interesting. Amazing what you can do provided you have the skills to do this.

Two ways--one for the color folks, and one for the b&ws.

This covered bridge is in Parke County, Indiana. Both downloads are sharper.

I am going with the B&W version as my favorite.

A couple of shots of an A-1D Skyraider and KC-135 Stratotanker from the Open House at Selfridge ANGB this past weekend. The A-1D was a first time see for me, always ready to take that challenge. I have some history with the KC-135, it was the first aircraft (engines) that I worked on when I entered the AF in 1980. Always happy to see it still serving, even with newer engines.
