Here's an image of a black morel from the Cascade Mountains, one of the choice wild mushrooms.

Very nice exposure. Some people eat these. I'm sure I did 65+ years ago, and they didn't kill me.

Outstanding, and that last one has me licking my chops 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Thank you so much for your kind comment. Yes, I think the last one is my Halloween shot. "Trick or treat".

There are fungus among us and I found some to go along with the really good ones y'all have posted already.
These are all from my very own landscape. Must be some dead wood somewhere.

Very nice shots. I really like your last one.

Joe, these are gorgeous. Look good enough to eat, but I don't trust them! I have a few but I think most would be fungi.

Pat, you captured some really nice mushrooms.

I found a few mushroom pics that I like. Probably by the end of the month, a new crop of mushrooms will star popping up in my yard and around the area.

I was at the bank the other day, and when I got back into my car, this little guy was riding on my shirt. I let him climb on the back of my hand, and he helped me drive back home. He now lives in my flower garden. I grabbed a few pictures before he went off to do his own things.

The condensation on the cans sells the photos - in my opinion

I totally agree. It's the small things that make the difference.

On our last trip to Scotland I took a picture while walking down the Grassmarket which I titled, "The Pink Umbrella". My granddaughter Chloe painted a version of it which she gave me for my birthday. I really love that talented girl!!

Sue, I absolutely love you your photograph and the painting. They are absolutely stunning.
