The OP knows she's beat in November on 'women's choice and health' and that J6 is a loser for MAGA. So she revisits Trump's greatest failure? "With supporters like these who needs Libtards?!?" Laura Trump (the singer)

Why the attack on me? I was simply reporting the change at FDA. You do know that physicians prescribe all sorts of medicines for off label use every day.

Please don't presume to say what I "know" as you simply don't have a clue. We'll both have to wait and see what the November e******n results will be. One of us will be happy and the other of us not so much.

It will be interesting...the "powers that be" so vehemently went after physicians who didn't fall in line with their narrative.

Starting 2021, the FDA mounted a campaign against ivermectin – an inexpensive, Nobel Prize-winning medication that showed promising signs in the early treatment of C****-**.

While the death toll from this campaign is difficult to calculate, the impact was far-reaching. The campaign was used as fuel to terminate employment of doctors who understood the science behind ivermectin, as well as justification for pharmacies to cease filling ivermectin prescriptions when people needed the medication most.

Courageous doctors fought back.

In 2022, doctors filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over the agencies’ unlawful attempts to block the use of ivermectin for treatment of C****-**.

“We’re suing the FDA for lying to the public about ivermectin,” said Dr. Bowden, a plaintiff in the case.

The complaint directly cites US laws, including the provision that the FDA “may not interfere with the authority of a health care provider to prescribe or administer any legally marked device to a patient for any condition or disease within a legitimate health care practitioner-patient relationship.”

On Thursday last week, the court ruled against the FDA and mandated the removal of all previous social media posts that specifically addressed the use of ivermectin for the treatment or prevention of C****-**. The posts have started to come down, including a popular one titled: “Should I take ivermectin to prevent or treat C****-**? No.”

The issue that should concern everyone is not the Joe Biden administration and their ideology around c*****e c****e, or the EPA, or even the viability of EVs themselves. The issue that should draw the biggest concern is how the regulation originates; what is the impetus; who are the beneficiaries?

The regulation itself did not originate in the EPA, nor was it created from an origination process amid climate ideologues in the administration. Everything starts with BlackRock positioning their assets. From that empirical point, all political activity then takes place, which includes the regulations to support the BlackRock objective.

A massive, multinational investment firm is in control of political outcomes in the USA. That should be the emphasis, not necessarily the regulation that flows as an outcome of that control, and certainly not the debate over whether EVs are a viable alternative to combustion engines.

BlackRock, and the control agents of finance, banking and investment, would like nothing more than to see Congress have debates about c*****e c****e, the viability of EVs as an alternative to combustion engines, the nuances of power grid generation from alternative energy sources, the scale of energy need as estimated and debated for the next two decades, etc.

All these points of debate become useful political policy issues that divide and contrast. Sure, Congress would love to hold hearings about EV viability, U.S. grid compliance, the need for subsidized charging stations, etcetera, etcetera. Because what is not discussed in this debate is where the subject matter comes from.

BlackRock positions their money to benefit from policy. BlackRock, like others, then manipulate the policymakers to support their position. We The People end up in a debate over EVs, while the BlackRock executives dance merrily into cocktail hour, discuss the latest climb in their value, and debate which politician should get a cut of the proceeds.
Nowhere in the political process on Capitol Hill does anyone ask, “How did the BlackRock investment group know to support Chinese EV plants in Mexico?”

The obvious fire of corporatism/f*****m is ignored while the politicians, and us, debate the ramifications of the smoke, EVs.

Democrats would love to debate EVs and say the Republicans are planet k**lers. Republicans would love to debate EVs and say the Democrats are taking away your freedom.

Meanwhile, corporations are running the U.S. government…. and people are oblivious.

The elected political representatives are dancing tools, useful for the purposes of distracting the American people, and funded by the corporations who need them to continue the distractions.

In a very similar fashion to how laws are written by K-Street corporations and sold by lobbyists, so too are regulations originated by outside groups and then pushed into the administration. The politicians and/or bureaucrats in the administration then benefit financially from implementing the regulation.

The issue with Joe Biden’s EPA mandate for EV use is not an issue over which form of energy development is more useful for the passenger t***sportation needs of American consumers. The issue with Joe Biden’s EPA mandate is that BlackRock originated it.

Once you elevate to the level of root cause, then you start to ask, “What else is BlackRock originating?”

"2022 – NEW YORK, March 24 (Reuters) – BlackRock Inc’s (BLK.N) chief executive, Larry Fink, said on Thursday that the Russia-Ukraine war could end up accelerating digital currencies as a tool to settle international t***sactions, as the conflict upends the globalization drive of the last three decades.

In a letter to the shareholders of the world’s largest asset manager, Fink said the war will push countries to reassess currency dependencies, and that BlackRock was studying digital currencies and stablecoins due to increased client interest.

“A global digital payment system, thoughtfully designed, can enhance the settlement of international t***sactions while reducing the risk of money laundering and corruption”, he said".

Russia enters Ukraine Feb 14, 2022. Less than 4 weeks later, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is outlining a dollar-based central bank digital trade currency.

Huh. Imagine that.
Everything else is chaff and countermeasures.

Show me a democratically controlled city/state and I’ll show you e******n f***d…
A couple from Illinois, Jodie and Ken Zitko, have formed a group of concerned citizens who have been analyzing the Illinois state v**er database. They have found serious irregularities detailed in a formal complaint filed with Bernadette Matthews, Director of the Illinois State Board of E******ns on December 21st.

Here are some of their findings after almost 2,000 hours of analysis…
There were over 300,000 v**es from the 2020 e******n missing or deleted from the Illinois v**er data prior to the conclusion of the Federal retention period of 22 months.

Over a four-year period, Illinois’ population decreased by 150,000, while the v**er roll increased by 650,000.
Over 2.5 million people had v**es cast prior to their registration dates.

More than 230,000 registrations show seemingly Illegal or illogical registration dates.
There are more than 4 million apparent registration violations out of 8.9 million registrations.

This couple is not your ordinary pair of e******n sleuths. Ken has been an MSSQL Data Analyst, DBA and Architect for 28 years, working with Fortune 500 companies, and Jodie has been working with ‘People Data’ and Analytics since the mid 90’s in large enterprise environments. She’s a “Subject Matter Expert” in Integrated Workplace Management Systems.

They were able to view a copy of the Illinois State Board of E******ns v**er roll while working for a candidate for the U.S. Senate. The couple also did an informal study of Illinois v****g history, which began when they decided to check their own records. They were shocked to find that their history showed v**es cast in three midterm e******ns when they had never v**ed in a mid-term e******n. Ken did v**e in the 2008 p**********l e******n, but there was no indication of a v**e.

From April through June 2022, they were able to meet and sit down with over 1,300 Illinois residents across the state and – with their consent – reviewed their 20-year v****g histories. They uncovered over 57% irregularities, including:
v**es cast when the v**er did not v**e
v**es missing when they did v**e
v**ers registered and v****g at addresses where they did not live
registrations with illogical registration dates
Most shocking of all, 11% of the v**ers they interviewed with had v**es cast in their name for e******ns they did not participate in.

Jodie explained how v**ers reacted to seeing obvious errors in their personal v****g data. “It was a fairly emotionally draining experience. As reality set in, a number of people visibly trembled, a few shed a tear or two. I recall one particular individual young man in his early 30’s. When we asked if he wanted his history report he insisted he didn’t need to see it because knew his history. After watching several others receive their reports with shocking results he finally asked to see his. In his case he had a missing v**e from 2020, he was so enraged he turned beet red, stood there for about 30 minutes, repeatedly shaking his head in disbelief. I think he said an explicative or two.”

In July of 2022, they learned about New York Citizens Audit – a similar group of concerned citizens examining v**er rolls. They connected with NYCA CEO Marly Hornik and her data team. In the late spring of 2023, they joined with the New York organization and spent an additional 2,500 hours researching Illinois data. Since then, Hornik has formed a national group, United Sovereign Americans, and is working with more than 25 other states on e******n validity.

The Illinois team has been making presentations of their data to towns and county e******n boards across the state, asking elected officials to sign their resolution. They also plan to file a Federal Lawsuit. The Illinois Chapter of United Sovereign Americans is looking for volunteers in every county of the state who want to get involved in fixing our e******ns.

For more information, email: ken.zitko@usa4freedom.org

One video below shows a v**er, who says she has never v**ed in a midterm or primary e******n, in complete shock as she learns that b****ts have been cast in her name for years:
“The first e******n I’ve v**ed in was Trump’s. I’ve never v**ed in a midterm e******n, ever. I’ve never v**ed in a primary, ever… The first time I got involved in politics was President Trump. That’s my first p**********l e******n. I have never v**ed in a midterm. I have never v**ed in another p**********l e******n. This is all a lie. I am so upset.”

Additionally, a report from United Sovereign Americans alleges that 27,491 more v**es were counted in the database than cast in Illinois’ 2022 general e******n, and the records contain a 38% error rate in v***r r**********n totals and a 14% error rate in v**e totals, far surpassing the legal standard for errors of .0008%.

“The measured error rate of the e*******l process in Illinois, from registration through certification, makes it impossible to legally certify any e******n in Illinois,” the report states.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL (December 12, 2023) – A new poll by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports found one-in-five v**ers who cast mail-in b****ts during the 2020 p**********l e******n admit to participating in at least one kind of v***r f***d.

17% of mail-in v**ers admit that in 2020 they v**ed in a state where they are “no longer a permanent resident”

21% of mail-in v**ers admitted that they filled out a b****t for a friend or family member

17% of mail-in v**ers said they signed a b****t for a friend or family member “with or without his or her permission”

8% of likely v**ers say they were offered “pay” or a “reward” for v****g in 2020

Taken together, the results of these survey questions appear to show that v***r f***d was widespread in the 2020 e******n, especially among those who cast mail-in b****ts.

The results of this survey are nothing short of stunning. For the past three years, Americans have repeatedly been told that the 2020 e******n was the most secure in history. But if this poll’s findings are reflective of reality, the exact opposite is true. This conclusion isn’t based on conspiracy theories or suspect evidence, but rather from the responses made directly by the v**ers themselves. heartland.org/...

What’s wrong with just having a public
Hearing ?

What part of my answer above was confusing?? I repeat:

"This is how all subpoenas are usually handled. In closed door session first. No 5 minute time limit like in public session. The witness answering the question can take as long as he/she needs to ANSWER the question. Not spend the 5 minute limit hemming and hawing and asking to have the question repeated, and then not even answer the question."
