The model number is ct-3441. It is in very nice condition. I did not notice any scratches etc. The ball head is included it is a light duty head and was on it when I purchased the tripod.

I am the second owner of this feisol ct-3441 carbon fiber tripod. I bought it for my wife but she doesn't like tripods and never used it. I believe it is a model prior to the current S and T designated ones. Light about 2.5lb and folds to about 17". Comes with bag not pictured.
