I recently went from Big Sur on an iMac late 2014 (Intel chip) to Sonoma 14.1.2 on an iMac M3 with 24 GB memory and 2 TB internal storage. No problem. I run LRC 13.1 with Camera Raw 16.1 and Photoshop 25.3.1.

True story:
I once asked Siri a question and there was no response.
I asked the question again and again no response.
So I rephrased the question and still no response.
Exasperated, I said, "Stupid!"
Out of nowhere, Siri said: "And all I've done for you."

I use Clear View lens cleaner. Spray it on a microfiber cloth and use that to wipe the lens clean.

I finally rec'd an e-mail reply from Topaz Labs. They suggested downloading from https://topazlabs.com/downloads/.
Which I did. The download worked and so did the app. Many thanx to all that replied.

I downloaded the install package for Topaz Photo AI into my iMac/Big Sur. I already have several Topaz products. I noted that the download file was of zero bytes. When I went to open the file, MacOS gave me an error message to the extent: "Unknown Developer, cannot verify that the file is clean of malware." I opened System Preferences>Security and unlocked the General tab. I selected Topaz Labs and clicked Open Anyway. Same result as before.
I contacted Topaz Labs by online chat and e-mail and waited a week. Still no answer.
I thought I would poll UHH to see if anyone else has had this problem and how was it resolved.

What date was your iMac manufactured? MacOS Monterey is only applicable to iMacs made after 2017. I have a 2017 iMac, running Big Sur (vers. 11.6.8) and run PS 2023 and LrC vers. 12, no problem. I just recently updated these apps. You should contact Adobe tech. support. Perhaps your problem is shortage of memory or storage.

I did an exchange with them and was completely satisfied: Canon XSi and a few Canon lenses for a Sony Alpha 6400 and lens.

I am of a certain age. I have used a Kensington Trackball for many years and can attest to its stability and ease of use.

Can you close all the darts to the left of each senior keyword tag? When you do this, can you see the last senior keyword tag?
