Many laptops are limited to amount of RAM, so buy with that in mind. Mine is limited to 16 G.

My laptop has 16 G and when I go from LR to PS to edit I frequently get an out of memory error. I have to close all other application sand start again. My desktop has 32 G. I never get that message even with other apps open.

The picture does not show a tripod mount, is that removed/included in price?

I sent Brian a PM two days ago for the D3S. He shows as online but you will note he has not responded to any of the comments since he posted. I asked him to post a picture taken with the D3 so we could see the shutter count and verify that it works.
